By accessing launchready.ai, assess.launchready.ai, or ailawtracker.org (collectively, "the Sites"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites, including but not limited to text, frameworks, assessment questions, training materials, case studies, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of LaunchReady.ai and Harrison Painter. All rights reserved.

3. Prohibited Automated Access

You may not, without prior written permission from LaunchReady.ai:

Use automated tools, scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, download, index, or extract content from the Sites
Use any data mining, data harvesting, or data extraction methods on the Sites
Reproduce, republish, or redistribute content obtained from the Sites through automated means
Access the Sites in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volumes for human browsing

4. Permitted Automated Access

The following automated access is permitted:

Search engine crawlers that respect our robots.txt directives (e.g., Googlebot, Bingbot)
AI assistant crawlers that respect our robots.txt directives (e.g., GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot)
Social media preview bots for link sharing purposes

5. Enforcement

We actively monitor for unauthorized automated access. Violations may result in:

Immediate IP blocking and rate limiting
Pursuit of legal remedies, including claims under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
Reporting to relevant authorities and internet service providers

6. Use of Content

You may view and use the Sites for personal, non-commercial purposes. For commercial use, licensing, or republication of any content, contact us at ai@harrisonpainter.com.

7. Disclaimer

The Sites and their content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LaunchReady.ai is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Sites.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance.
