LaunchReady.ai ("we," "us," "our") operates the websites launchready.ai, assess.launchready.ai, dashboard.launchready.ai, and ailawtracker.org (collectively, "the Sites"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Assessment responses. When you take the AI Proficiency Assessment, we collect your answers and the email address you provide to receive results.
- Email subscriptions. When you subscribe to a newsletter or join a community, we collect your name and email address.
- Contact forms. When you book a call or send a message, we collect the information you submit.
- Community participation. If you join AI Launch Pad or AI Crew Call via Skool, your profile information is governed by Skool's privacy policy in addition to ours.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, traffic source, device type, and general location at city or region level. We do not collect precise location data.
- Cookies. We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies via Google Analytics. No advertising cookies.
- Security logs. We log IP addresses and request patterns to detect and prevent unauthorized automated access.

- YouTube. Aggregate analytics from our YouTube channel. Google Privacy Policy
4. Data retention
- Email subscribers. We retain your email until you unsubscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Assessment data. Retained indefinitely to support longitudinal proficiency tracking. You may request deletion at any time.
- Analytics data. Google Analytics retains data for 14 months by default.
- Security logs. Retained for 90 days, then deleted.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access. Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction. Request that we correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion. Request that we delete your personal data.
- Unsubscribe. Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
- Opt out of analytics. Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
To exercise any of these rights, email ai@harrisonpainter.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Children's privacy
The Sites are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Security
We use standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption on all Sites, access controls on databases, and active monitoring for unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. California residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
- Right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
- Right to delete your personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance.
